What is this website?
SKI is a voice-first coding harness desktop app for Mac: it runs agents you already use—Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, OpenCode, Antigravity, pi, and similar—side by side in one interface, and lets you speak instructions and hear progress back. You do not have to stay glued to long agent transcripts; you get nudged when an agent needs you, and irreversible actions ask for confirmation first. It is a neutral harness, not locked to one model vendor.
Core features
- Speak tasks and hear agent talkback so you spend less time reading the screen
- Run multiple agents in parallel, route jobs to different engines, and get alerts when one needs you
- Chain planning and implementation agents from a single spoken command
- Show reconstructed intent before send; require extra confirmation for destructive steps
- Built-in per-chat branches/worktrees and live diffs; open PRs by voice
- Hub overview of projects, sessions, status, and changed files
Common use cases
- Solo developers run refactor, test, and copy tasks across agents at once and switch focus by voice
- Listen to result summaries while away from the keyboard; return only when an agent needs a decision
- Give instructions in a native language or mixed speech; SKI reshapes them into precise agent prompts before send
- Teammates keep their own agent accounts while reviewing sessions and diffs together on a Mac
- Split “plan then build” across engines and wait for the full chain to finish before review
Who is it for?
- Mac developers already paying for several coding agents who want parallel orchestration with less screen-watching
- People who need a voice loop (speak → hear → confirm), not only dictation into another tool
- Individuals or small teams that want code to stay on the Mac while agents use their own accounts
- Poor fit: primary Windows or Linux users (the site currently offers Mac download; other OSes are waitlisted)
- Poor fit: people who only want a single browser chat box, or fully offline speech with no cloud recognition
How does it compare to similar tools?
- If you want neutral multi-agent orchestration plus a speak/hear loop, a Mac harness like SKI is the closer category
- If you mainly work inside one vendor’s native app, stay with Claude Code, Cursor, or similar UIs
- If you only need speech-to-text to paste elsewhere, that is dictation; SKI keeps the whole agent loop inside the harness
- If you want a click-based multi-agent panel while always watching the screen, a general orchestrator may fit better; SKI’s difference is hearing status and interruption cues without staring
FAQ
Q: Is SKI a dictation app?
A: No. Dictation hands text to someone else’s tool; SKI is the harness that runs the multi-agent loop, with voice across instruct, talkback, and confirm.
Q: Is SKI free?
A: There is an ongoing Free plan (limited concurrency and monthly credits) plus paid upgrades such as Pro; exact numbers follow the site’s pricing section.
Q: Does it work on Windows?
A: Mac download is available now; Windows and Linux remain on a waitlist and are not promised as shipping platforms yet.
